Addressing issues beyond minor household repairs, including:

• On site visits
• Coordination with external contractors for quotes (plumber, electrician, security agent,  pool technician, gardener, HVAC specialist, painter, mason)
• Supervision of work before  payment, which is made directly by the owner to the contractor

• Activating systems like heating and pool equipment​
• Optional cleaning services
• Grocery shopping before arrival (optional)
• Preparing the barbecue (gas or charcoal)
